Service covers printers shared via Microsoft Windows operating systems.

Technician will attach to the shared network printer, load any required software and verify printer functionality.

SERVICE PROVIDED:

• Install drivers, if necessary
• Attached to shared printer resource
• Verify installation by printing a test page

SCHEDULING: Customer will be contacted within 1 business day after purchase to schedule this service

HOURS: The service will be provided during the hours of 8 am to 5 pm (local customer time) M-F excluding holidays unless an alternate, mutually agreed schedule has been arranged. Some installations may require more than one on-site visit.

CANCELLATION: Customer must cancel/re-schedule any scheduled installation date at least two business days in advance to avoid additional charges
